What is Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)?

Mixed Martial Arts, or MMA, is a full-contact combat sport and martial art that incorporates techniques from a wide range of disciplines, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, Judo, and more. MMA fighters are trained to excel in both striking and grappling, making it one of the most versatile and effective martial arts styles for self-defense and competition.

What to Expect

01. Striking Techniques

Learn fundamental striking techniques from disciplines such as Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing, including punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes. Develop speed, power, and accuracy in executing strikes through drills, pad work, and sparring.

02. Grappling and Wrestling

Master takedown techniques, control positions, and ground fighting strategies from disciplines such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling. Practice transitions between striking and grappling ranges, as well as escapes, reversals, and submissions.

03. Submission Techniques

Explore a variety of submission holds, locks, chokes, and joint manipulations used in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling. Learn to apply and defend against submissions both on the ground and in transition.

04. Conditioning and Fitness

Improve cardiovascular health, muscular strength, endurance, and agility through specialized conditioning exercises and drills tailored to enhance MMA performance. Develop functional strength and athleticism for the demands of MMA competition and self-defense.

05. Sparring and Live Drills
